At BuyRx, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests if your order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and a request to cancel. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
If your order has been cancelled before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders for medications that have been shipped internationally, as customs regulations prohibit the return of these items.
